Panty Raid!

Ha! Today I am working on Starlust's panty raid. It's a ton of fun to me, as their's no set amount or place. And it's not just consistantly, into one store tp to the next. It's more like wander freely around the sims to find the clams in all sorts of places. Anyway's I'm off to continue hunting. Just wanted to post a quick note. I plan on doing a look of the day at some point in time today. I'm excited...maybe I'll begin blogging more, yes?

Huh.

I kind've always want to blog, and then I forget. Just kind've the way things go for me. I haven't done much in SL lately. I bought premium. Therefore, I get 300L a week and a linden home, which of course solves me need for a home. Which for now, is truly just a place to open boxes and get dressed. I've done about a third of one hunt. I used to do hunts all the time, but my inventory massively grows daily, and adding more to it just doesn't seem as wise as it once was. I have tons of well...crap. And I don't really know what I need it all for. I just know that I need. I found a closing sale at a store I had never before today heard of. I felt the need to shop and buy more outfits....my poor avatar has been wearing the same clothes for a week...with no shoes! Why you may ask? Simply because I don't feel like changing her. However, I'm going to now...so she can wear this new outfit for a few weeks before the urge strikes me again. I have a few places I want to check out, and I've taken a ton of new pictures. On top of now having psp 8 and photoshop cs5. I'd love to open my own store and start designing. But I don't think I'm quite skilled enough for that. Who knows, maybe in the future I'll get there. That's about all I've got for SL. I need to get out more. Maybe see a live show or two. Maybe, I'll hang out at an info-hub and help new users...that sounds like fun. And I've got all the spare resources to do so. Hmmmm......

Ha! 365 Failure.

I just can't keep up with posting every single day. Just not possible for me. In fact I've taken a pretty large break from SL. I miss it. But I have a lot going on in my RL, and haven't worried much with my SL. So, I've been on SL off and on the last few days. A bit of inventory management, since that sort've went down hill with my break off SL. As well as doing a few hunts. When I first started SL, I really enjoyed hunts. It was a way to get amazing clothing and other things, without having to spend Lindens, which I didn't, and truly still don't have. I thought about just deleting this blog. But sometimes, I do enjoy posting. So I've decided when I feel like posting, I'll post. When I don't...I won't. Not like this truly gets read anywhere.

I've been doing absolutly nothing for the past few days. A bit of inventory management. And some working and that's about it. Hopefully, I'll have something interesting to blog about before to long.

Day 55 -- Relaxing

Did some shopping this morning. Now I'm just relaxing around the house. Perhaps, some inventory cleaning. Not quite sure yet.

Day 54 -- Want That!

I'm on the hunt for a new bed. The one that my house came with just wont do. I want something a little spicier...more natural looking. Of course the one I'm looking it 4,500. Almost $20USD. But I truly believe it'll be well worth it. And I'll like it a million times more...now to get to the saving part.

Day 53 -- Working

Since I didn't work much this weekends. Mostly, because I wasn't feeling to hot. I decided to work more today. Come in a little early and spend a bit of the day standing at work. I'm hoping to get 6 full hours today. I'm guarenteed for 2. And if I stay now for at least 3...I'm sure I can bust out an extra hour later. ;]

Day 52 -- Dancing in Silks!!

Me and a few friends dressed in silks and had a nice dance around a fire. I absolutly adored it. I don't think I do things like this enough. And it was a nice break from working or shopping.

Day 49

Yayy!! Check out this awesome bridge I found at one of my yardsales yesterday. I absolutly love it!! Of course I have no use for a bridge BUT it's awesome for taking pictures. So yayy!! I'm going to explore some more yardsales in world today. Maybe even see if there's a difference between a yardsale, a fleamarket, and a garage sale. Hmmmm

Day 48 -- Yardsales!!

I've been bopping around the grid today. Checking out yardsales!! I love yardsale hunting in RL. And surprise surprise, love it just as much in SL. Though I generally don't buy anything, I really enjoy searching around for that perfect bargain, that I just can't live without.

Day 47 -- Proud!

Still working on inventory management. Hoping this crap's done soon. I wanna get it over with so I can move onto the fun stuff.

Day 46 -- Woot.

I am currently locked in my skybox, sorting inventory. Even though I have traversed out a bit to pick a few goodies and bargains. For the most part, I haven't left my 'closet' area. And have almost completled clothing. Working on skins...haven't even peaked into objects! Hoping to get this all done and behind in me in a week or so. A week of constant inventory management, for the sake of the greater good. Sounds bout right. Then I can just unpack and organize my TBA at least 20 minutes per day, and then organize out my shopping trips as I take them. Oh and then spend at least 1 day a week, dedicated to maintaining perfect inventory. Dear lord, sounds like more work then my real life closet.

Day 45 -- Happy Valentine's Day

First, Happy Valentine's Day, to those with valentines. To those without, heh, I'm in the same boat. Oh well. So instead of celebrating, I'm inventory sorting. And doing great. I've got a few more folders to sort through for clothing. Then comes body and objects. And then last the ominous to be sorted folders. I started in on the magic and romance hunt last night. Of course I ended up stuck, but I'm hoping to get around it and keep going. Super excited. And as I've been opening a few boxes, I've been automatically sorting the things. And I have to say this new inventory system is working a whole lot better then the old one.

Day 44 -- Yep and Again!!

I am still working on sorting inventory. I want to get it completly sorted out by the end of this week. That way I can be done with it, and then I can just organize as I shop.

Day 43 -- More Organizing

Spending my time on SL working on inventory. Yep, that's bout it. To much going on in RL to want to do much in SL.

Day 42 -- Inventory Management

Yesterday, after the I heart Originals fair, I spent the day organizing through one of my folders. I've got it completly perfect. No this picture isn't of it! Just of the basic inventory managment system I've got going. Yesterday I sorted through all my accessories. Their now sorted by type and color. And some of them are second typed. (i.e. hair accessories - color - type). I started this managment when I did my shirt this way. And I'm fairly well happy as to how it turned out. So I'm planning on keeping it this way. And doing everything based upon that notion. I also have a few plans to do my hairs, eyes, and skins with. Plus I have a million and one sort through areas. I'll be organizing inventory for years at this shop, shop, shop, then sort pace. But I am deleting things, from freebie places, and my newbie days. I'm excited to see it all put together...with no more sort throughs and things. Now, I'm off to finish sorting. And avoiding doing the hunt that I really wanna do, as this causes inventory explosion. And for the record, my inventory count at the moment is; 38,335.

Day 41 -- I heart Originals Fair

Wandering through the I heart original's fair today. Lots of great freebies/dollarbies, and great products. I love these fairs. Wish I heard about more of them, but I'm generally a few days to late.

Day 40 - Workaholic

Spent today working on SL. And it's about all I did. Sorry, not very interesting...the snow in RL kind've made me lazy.

Day 39 -- New Home!!

I purchased a new home today. A lot bigger but fully furnished! One of my biggest issues was that my home wasn't furniture...I fail at secondlife furnishing. And even more so at spending my money to furnish it. I now however, have a fully furnished home, with 100 extra prims, for 300 less then what I was paying. I found myself struggling before. I didn't know if I would ever not be struggling to pay my rent. However, now I am guarenteed based upon my schedule hours to make my rent, and then 100 extra. So all those extra hours I put it won't feel obligated to do so, I'll get to keep that money. That means I can get some of the things I've been pondering about for a while. I'm excited for this new change. Change is good right? Let me give you the grand tour. We have my hot tub to start with, fairly large and readily available whenever I want to dive in. This was one of the biggest kickers for me. I really wanted a hot tub, not quite sure why, but they always seem to make a house look worth it to me. Next we move onto the living room area. No couches or anything like that, but there's a huge T.V and a cuddle rug! I love it! To my side there's a door to head outside. Though this is a skydome, it has an outside ground area. I loved that about my last place, and I'm super excited to have it again! You can see my bed and also my empty space, which I have no idea what to do with. Hmm. Perhaps, that's where I'll stick my closet area. Hmm. Lots of decisions to make with this one. I'm just glad I don't have to do the biggest part of decorating. I'd hate doing furniture. I'm so excited at the moment, I'm looking forward to all the fun things I can buy when I'm not struggling to pay my rent each week. I love having my own home, but this whole rent thing is hard work! Last but not least I have my own outside patio area, which I get to decorate myself. I'm really excited for this! Looking forward to all the potential this place has. But I think this one is absolutly perfect for me!

Day 38 -- Real Estate Hunting

In the process of searching for a new home. I very dearly love mine, and may even stay with the same estate owner. However, I want one that's squarish and not quite so round. I've found that I'm having issues fitting things into a round home versus a square home, where things line up. I'm also looking to lower my rent a bit. Hmmm.

Day 37 -- Gonna Hunt

Today there is over 2 foot of snow on the ground outside. It makes me feel lazy inside. So, instead I'mma start on the valentine day hunts.

Day 36 -- Ack Snow!

It's supposed to snow here, 24+ inches. I am so not looking forward to it. I hate snow passionatly. So I decided to head to a beach location on my SL. And just relax on the beach in my sexy little outfit for a while. Played with a few windlights to!

Day 35 -- Sexyyy

Decided I wanted to stylize I just love this outfit, I think it may be saved completly in my inventory and reverted back to on lazy days!

Day 34 --- Yehaww!

I went horseback riding!! It was a ton of fun exploring around the sims on Winkie, my white pony. I'm a little bit off on creativity for naming, Winkie was the best I could do. I also found pengiuns on an ice float, when I got stuck in some water. See I have this directional probelm. I always get stuck in weird and unusual places while trying to walk on SL. I probaly look like a noob. Of course, I'm a little nervous. Last night while I was working at b2p, my computer crashed out. Right in the middle of my helping a new user. Which is always one of my favorite things to do to start with. It was weird. I couldn't get it to type. And when it would type it would only type random letters from the sentence. Then SL froze, and everything else that I had opened. It took me about 2 hours to fix it all. And by then I was ready for bed and didn't want to get back on SL. ;[ I'm hoping I'm not in trouble.

Day 33 -- Errrrgggghhhhhh!!!!

Today is gonna be a long day. My rent is paid, I have lindens to spare. And oddly, instead of being like yayy! Let's shop! I'm more like OH 60 MORE LINDENS AND I CAN PAY IT FOR 2 WEEKS. How unusual for me. So, now I'm off to sort my inventory a bit. Before maybe doing a hunt. There was one last month that I was rather excited for. And I'm hoping it hasn't ended yet. ;O. But there's quite a few this month as well. Does anybody know a blog, that lists ALL of the hunts, current and upcoming. It'd make my life easier to know exactly what's what!

Day 32 -- Happy February

So, I'm spending the day doing some spring cleaning in my inventory. Just a quiet peaceful day at home, surrounding by my turtles, while cleaning.

Day 31 -- Yayyy!!!

So, I'm quite the SL go getter these past few days. I decided I wanted a second job. I decided I wanted it in the wedding industry. I am now a proud wedding planner for Ultimate Dreamz Weddings. Super excited about this step up. I'm excited to get planning my first wedding, I however have to discover my own team, including a DJ and a wedding photographer. I'm super excited though. This should be fun! I have a few other applications for jobs I'm interested in. And of course I'm sticking with b2p. Hoping to get moved up to conciearge. So I'm defintly giving that one my all. I'm also thinking of selling turtle eggs, and live turtles. Mhm, I've been searching around. But at the moment, I'm afraid that I won't break even on rent. Don't want to put more money into it then I'm getting out of it, ya know? Though I do enjoy seeing all these little turtles running around outside (and inside!) my home. They make me giggle. And seem to be happy with their environment. However, I think I may have lost one or two. I was rather shakey on my first number, and now they just all seem to be moving around so much. I didn't think they could escape my fence, boy was I wrong! I'm looking to dip my hands in all SL business has to offer me. I want to take building classes, more then just NCI ones. And I've found a reasonably priced modelling school. This will all be a good thing, I hope! Oh and on a side note, YAY for 1 month of blogging. I've really enjoyed it. Even on days where I just post a few words. Looking forward to completing my 365 days and so much more!

Day 30 -- Turtle Turtle!!!

So I spent a large majority of my day yesterday, searching the grid for breedable pets. And what I found was apparently ... their's a lot of them. And their everywhere!! I decided on turtles, for now. I want bunnies to, and maybe a piggie. But for now turtles will have to do. I started out with 2. Hatched those eggs, and stared in aww at my new little friends. Then tp'd away and proceeded to buy 6 more. Now I have 8. I probaly should've stuck with 2. These things cost money! And have an upkeep fee, you have to feed them. Or else they die!! I've also applied for another job on SL. One with a little more activeness. Though I absolutly LOVE my job at b2p, but it's rather slow at times. So I applied at perfect pairings. I hope I get the job. It seems that it would be a ton of fun, helping to coordinate and plan weddings. I've found a few other companies, I'm interested in applying for. Though ultimately I think my limit on SL jobs is, 2....possibly 3.

Day 29 -- Shopping Fanatic!!!

Ahh, I needed this shopping trip today. It was relaxing and calming. I didn't feel the need to hoard my L because of rent. Since I just paid that! I think I want a pet...like a rabbit or something. So, I'm looking into those. And that's an exploration on it's own. I just hope I don't kill it...

Day 28 -- Yardwork

Mhm. I'm spending the day, not exploring. But I really wanted to do some yardwork at my home. Well not just yardwork, but housework to. I have an entire 2nd story that's not even decorated. And a yard that's absolutly gorgeous but needs that extra something to really pop it off. Plus a deck, with just a hammock. And though I only have 200 prims, I'm fairly sure I can do something amazing with that. Let's hope. Cause I'm jumping into it all head first. Not to mention, I've got some boxing to do, and some opening and then reboxing to do. I figure if I spend at least 30 minutes of my SL day organizing inventory. Then *perhaps* it'll get sorted out in a month or 2. Mhm. It's my goal. As you can see from my photo, today's outfit is well...a work outfit. I was gonna change my hair up and pull it back. But I forgot so yea, instead it's my normal short hair. It's weird, I hate short hair in RL and my hair is always long. But in SL short hair is the shit. And this one is my favorite to wear!! Ahh...back to massive redecorating....I want a grotto. It's a goal. And an elephant....with an umbrella...

Day 27 -- Pray for Exploration

So, I actually did explore today. I started of searching for a castle, trying to find something of interesting to snap a few pictures with. I ended up finding a church. Very beautifully done, I couldn't resist changing my windlight, hopping down and snapping a picture. My hope and prayer is to find new places to explore. And to sort my inventory, without using my entire SL day doing so....amen.

RL trumps SL everytime. I had every intention of exploring. But yea....things just didn't quite work that way. So yea.

Day 24 -- No More Packing!

No more packing I swear. Tommorow I will explore. Honest to goodness, promise.

Day 23 -- $#@%$&%$#@ BOXES!!

Gahh. I'm still packing boxes!! I planned to do something interesting today. Something super awesome to make up for the lack of awesomeness I've been having elsewhere. But then, I look at my almost 40K inventory. And think of how much it grows on a daily basis. I don't want to risk loosing it all. Not in the slightest, so instead of playing around SL, I'm forcing myself to work on it instead. I've been using some tips and tricks. I've managed to get it down from over 40k to 38k. And if I pack everything up I'm sure I can get it even lower then that. It's just a matter of packing up and getting it there. Wish me luck, I'm diving into my inventory headfirst now....at the rate it's going...I should be done before I'm 60. I think I have a shopping addiction. But that's a whole different blog-post.

Day 22 -- Boxes and Boxes

So, today is another packing day. Trying to get rid of my massive inventory and narrow it down to something smaller. ;x That's the current plan...

Day 21 -- Rawr! Lazy!!!

Gah!!! I am feeling so lazy today. It's almost 4pm, and I'm logging into SL for the first time. I really don't know what I feel like doing. I'm not in the mood to explore, yet not in the mood to organize or decorate. I know I have to work tonight, and since last night was interupted due to a RL emergency. So yea, that's my plan. ;]

Day 20 -- Work, Work, Work

My rent is due in a day and I'm 110L short. Of course, I'll work today and that'll be taken care of. But wow, I slacked off a lot in SL this weekend. I didn't work at all. I was so involved im my RL, that I was barely on SL. But I'm noticing from my depleting bank account that I need to focus on work as much as play, and put in more then my required hours. There's lots of things in SL I'd like to purchase but I'm no where near being able to. I'm just trying not to loose my love cottage. So today's adventure is going to be working!!

Day 19 -- Packing

So, since my ever growing inventory is threatening explosion. I'm packing it in boxes. Per outfit...so it'll still be large, just not 40,000 items type large. I don't want to sign on SL one day just to find it all gone. :O

Day 18 -- Shopping!

I decided to spend the day doing taking some much needed TLC. That means, in my world, shopping for freebies!! Woo!! I've neglected my much loved shopping world lately for other things, like hunts, and furniture. But I truly love SL fashion. So I'm out and about picking up freebies from all over the grid. Then adding them to my ever growing -need to sort- folder. Gahh. If only there was a gadget to help with that! It'd be worth a million L or more! Hmm.
